Wellness is not a privilege, it’s a right and we are here to help you honour it with intention. Through a blend of therapeutic techniques, I create a nurturing space in your home, at the clinic, or in community to support nervous system regulation, relieve pain and empower you with self-care tools for life’s daily demands. Move with Intention
We explore a blend of moving meditation practices from Kemetic Yoga, Qi Gong, self-massage and partner massage. These sessions offer tools to reconnect with your body and nurture yourself and loved ones between appointments. Offered as private and semi private offerings.

What to expect?

Kemetic Yoga is a meditative movement practice rooted in ancient Egyptian wisdom. It uses slow, continuous geometric movements coordinated with breath to cultivate balance, stability, and inner calm. It supports emotional regulation, joint health, and energy flow (“Shu”).
This practice is done on the mat, props such as blocks and straps are recommended for ease and support. Also adaptable for chair yoga. -
Qi Gong is an ancient energy practice that combines gentle movement, breathwork, and focused intention to cultivate and nourish life force energy (“Qi”). It’s often used for stress reduction, self-healing and grounding. It includes both dynamic and still postures.
A standing practice, alternatively can be done on chair. -
Tune into your body’s wisdom. Develop awareness of where tension is buried and learn techniques on how to release it, using hands and massage balls.
Bring your mat -
We begin with partner exercises to warm up, build trust and connection.
Followed by basic massage techniques to soothe your loved ones nervous system. The practice includes demonstrations, hand-ons assistance to give you the confidence massage your partner.
